Is there any sort of warranty on the device? And if for some reason, it stops working or a part is broken, can the company be contacted to service it?
Also, once the device reaches it's EOL can it be returned to the company?

Hi CY, yes there is a 1 year warranty, and we will be doing any repairs in our workshop in JHB where we will have spare parts. We have yet to finalize our EOL plan because it's still a long time away, but it will likely be an innovative circular economy model
