Food waste composting is a challenge also in Finland in Europe. I'm experimenting, together with a group of 10 people, with bokashi composting, but as I noticed the existence of iCompost, I would like to know, if I could buy one for test and demonstration purposes. iCompost indeed provides another novel concept for household food waste composting.
