I’ve just recieved my IComposter, but unfortunately it doesn‘t work yet. When I press the power butter to start the composting, it responds with a continious beep and the logo’s light up sequentially from power to clean. This does not stop unless I unplug the appliance from the wall.
any advice on how to fix it?

I forgot to mention that I already checked if the bucket is placed corrrectly, the air filter is properly placed and made sure the blades can move when the bucket is taken out. I’ve also tried to start it with using very little food scraps (all cut very finely)…not aure what else I can check
