Hi, the non-stick liner came off and my final compost is roasted and stuck to the bottom of the pot.
I was contacting you via whta's up but no reaction...I assume it is still in the guarantee. Will I get answer on this?

Hi Gabriela, The non-stick gets worn out on all of them but all customers manage to use it still. We're going to try experiment with different solutions for you like baking spray or oil. We'll get back to you. We're not avoiding you or we haven't forgotten. You can still use it in the meantime, it still comes out quite good - just a bit inconvenient unfortunately.
When it comes out stuck to the bucket then:
-Fill water up to blade.
-Press Clean mode
-It will loosen the compost
-Empty liquid compost into garden
