This is the email you have been waiting for... We're super excited to let you know that we have received the iComposts and deliveries will begin tomorrow.
You will soon receive an email with your courier tracking number which acts as confirmation that your package is on the way. Some Johannesburg deliveries will be delivered ourselves to save time and cost, in which case you won't get a tracking number but you will get an email confirmation that it's on the way.
Upon receiving it, please follow the set up guide here. If you have any difficulty, please join the public group on Facebook called Composting SA, where you can ask any questions about using your iCompost and you can learn from the tips and tricks of other iCompost owners. We'll be there providing technical support as well when needed, but if there are any queries which relate to your order then you should contact us through email to get an official response.
