Good day. First week with the Icomposter would have been great if it was not for the faulty filter which failed on the first test round, blowing carbon particles over the whole kitchen and warping to a point where the whole filter blows out of the composter. Although the smell is not terrible without the filter it is definitely not desirable smell to have blowing through my house. I spent close to a year looking forward to this product and now unfortunately extremely dissapointed in it. The compost produced is amazing but that does not make up for its glaring shortcoming. Is there any way we can have the original filters as sold during the pre-order?
