Hi there, If it's a quick double beep it means the bucket is not in properly. There is a switch that the bucket presses so if it's not fully down then it could cause the error.

Hi Anita We recommend to rather bury it in the soil instead of putting it on the grass because needs to degrade further by the microorganisms in the soil. Think of it as soil food not plant food

Hey Ian, we've replaced the control board. We are not sure what was wrong with it but the machine is no longer beeping. We should be sending it back to you soon, we just want to run few more tests to be sure.

Hi Gabriela, thank you for reaching out. A cycle shouldn't be more than 6 hours it should be done by 4 to 6 hours maximum and the machine should stop on its own when its done with a cycle. The cycle time varies depending on the moisture of the waste. Eg Watermelon will release water as it's decomposing which will make the cycle longer. Also, be sure that the ending time is when it beeps 5 times and goes off, as standby mode (with the Clean and UV lights illuminated) might get confused with it still running. May you please run another cycle and send us a picture of the outcome so we can understand the burnt compost? Kind regards iCompost Team.
