Hi, the non-stick liner came off and my final compost is roasted and stuck to the bottom of the pot. I was contacting you via whta's up but no reaction...I assume it is still in the guarantee. Will I get answer on this?

Hi, is it normal that the machine doesn't stop on it's own (after more than 6hours working) ? In the end the compost smells like roasted and it's quite hard and burned. I did reset it but after the next round it was same outcome.

As I read on your website, that it can work with max 2kg of kitchen waste…what is the final amount of compost after the one session?
