If I try to clean the icompost by pressing the clean button, only that button comes on. According to the maual both the clean and UV buttons should light up.

My icompost's cycle was interrupted and it now reverts to power and dry lights flashing. I have tried to clear the error by holding down Power and clean for 5 seconds, but this has not helped, it still does the same. Any ideas how to address this?
